That's great news. Glad to hear you got it back so quick. Make sure to set the truck back to stock before you give it to the dealer. Don't want someone accidentally reflashing the PCM while they look into things.
An accident involving a stolen truck in the early hours of the morning has left two dead.
RCMP have since cleared the scene of the accident, which happened around 2 a.m. on Highway 63, about five kilometers north of Highway 881.
Const. Karolina Malik said that traffic was not “greatly affected” as most travellers were diverted through a wide load turnoff.
On Tuesday night RCMP received a report of a stolen Ford truck. While on patrol, officers spotted a truck matching the description.
The truck fled from RCMP and was later found rolled over alongside a ditch.
In an odd twist of events, RCMP are confirming that the truck, a grey 2006 Ford F350, was a stolen vehicle but was not the vehicle they had been looking for.
Police are not releasing the names of the deceased at the request of the family.
F350-6, yes it is already back to original and ready to go. I almost forgot about that, thank you very much for the heads up. Mind a little scrambled right now.
Glad you gotter back, hopefully the motor is good, hope your home town dealer is good. Mine is good(Cam Clark Ford) but a few times I've seen trucks in the back on blocks so I wouldn't want to send a truck looking like yours there.
My dealer is Harwood, been dealing with them for 15 years. Great support staff and as soon as my truck gets there, it will be in. I need the quick turnaround, work truck, rental vehicle, what a pain.
i must say that this is probably the best ending to a possible tragedy that i have ever heard. karma is a beautiful thing

It sucks to have a nice truck stolen, my dad's Bronco was stolen and stripped many years back. Truck was recovered and restored, and now my brother drives it (dad had a stroke and was never fully "restored" ). So I know what it's like.
I hate to say it, but I feel for whoever was killed. While they should have gotten something, death certainly wasn't fitting a stolen truck. I keep in my mind what compelled them to such actions, as I think we all should. Sometimes people are just bad, often times they do things because they feel they have no other choices.
Someone may have temporarily lost a truck today, two families permanently lost a member. Keep what is really important, important.
Right on, I go camping down at whatever park that is on Lake Newell every summer, drive by harwood on my way out of town when headin home. Thankfully haven't had to stop in for anything
Just seen this thread and i,m glad you got your trucks back, not to many happy endings with these kind of stories. Will be looking foward on how the inspection goes on your ride, very nice looking truck.
Glad you got your truck back, everyone knows how much thoses mods cost and the insurance doesn't cover them, not to mention the time involved to put them on. It sucks that the govt. took your guns away up there, I would have shot those mf's. Join the nra and protect our gun rights here in the u.s. , if it wasn't for them we would have lost our rights also. Sorry I don't mean to get political, I was just making a point. I have no mercy for those guys that were killed, families or not. My 08 comes with a key in the chip and some kind of anti-theft device, I don't know what exactly it is, does anyone know if it can be defeated by punching out the ignition switch? Thanks.
Glad to hear you got it back so quick. Thefts are a BIG problem down here in Texas and getting worse. Mine was taken 11 days ago and has not been seen since.
