Cool

Tranny thump

I've looked all over this thing and found nothing. When I go from reverse to drive, within the first 10 feet of Fwd movement I get a thump from the tranny. I can feel it in the cab. Sounds like something is loose, but I can't find anything. Any ideas??

The slip yoke in the driveshaft is dry. It needs to be taken apart and greased.
