They are a good option and don't stiffen your ride like add-a-leafs will.

ok, this is my first F250, so my next question is, is the truck supposed to bounce up and down? its like im riding in a dang boat! my poor daughters head keeps whackin the car seat every one or two seconds? lol, not funny, but kinda...

I think you are going to need all new leafs. If you have the leafs in the above picture, they were probably added to compensate for a sagging factory spring. Your truck should probably sit higher than it does. ....

just looked at the pic, hard to tell from the angle you shot. But it looks factory.

ok, where can i get stock springs? or would it be better to just get lifted springs? are these in any danger of breaking? if thats the case then da*n....

A new set of shocks would probably help your bounce problem. With a small lift (1" - 2") you would be looking at the Bilstein 5100 series. Excellent shock absorber for these trucks. You just need to be precise about your truck when you order because there are a lot of different options for the '99 F250 depending on the build date. To be sure of the right model#, I'd be talking to Bilstein directly.
