DP Tuner Not Working

I need some help here. I just installed my new DP Tuner with no problem and then started the truck it started fine but my F5 switch did not light up and I cant get it to come on. IT dont show any thing and theres no CEL on in the truck.Any ideas.

One. Are you SURE that the connection between the chip and the module is tight? MAKE DAMN SURE THAT YOUR KEYS ARE FAR AWAY when you do this.

It looked good to me. I did rub the silicon off good I thought. Will the truck even start it its not getting a good connection?

Truck could still start. It just might not get input from the F5. What I was wondering is if the wire between the F5 and the chip itself is good.

This is straright from DP's website. Q:I just installed my chip and the F5 switcher does not illuminate. What is going on?

A:Unplug the switcher.Turn it around and look at the line up of the cable notches. Verify that the cable is lined up correctly. The notch will be be down on the switch and up on the cable.
If that doesn't fix it. Post on DP's forum, they'll get in touch with you.
