no start issue with dp tuner

I just reinstalled my DP tuner after a no start issue, that I got fixed. now with the dp installed ,no start- w/o dp runs fine. do any of you know what I've done? have I burned up the chip?

I had the same problem and it ended up that my circuit board needed to be cleaned some more. Maybe try a quick wipe with some finger nail polish remover.
