There is a anti-thieft built into the DP perhaps it got triggered.

I'm sure they will stand behind there product, I just put a DP-Tuner chip in, no problems here. Did you leave it in the No-Start position?

You might want to check the pcm to make sure the chip is still plugged in good if it got loose it could have shifted and could have a bad connection.

If the truck still runs then it must have come unplugged. Check the connection.
