Just noticed this thread - I live in western CT over near the NY border - am currently mourning the loss of my '99 Ranger and also celebrating my '07 Ranger just turning 40,000 miles. I haven't been very active on this forum over the years, but I'll try to check in more often ....

I didn't work today because of the 90% chance of thunderstorms/lightning.
Something about being on top of a 40' aluminum ladder makes me think twice.

Now, I haven't seen a drop, or heard a clap of thunder all day.
