Very true but this isn't to wing anybody off from our sponsors. I love mine and probably won't ever change it. This isn't to disrespect anyone its just to talk about the market out there.

Whats up with this crap. It some Competition let the best chip win. I am planning on getting 1 of the top chips in a couple days so why not get the one that works best in our trucks. It seems that there are a couple thats ok but which is best?

I think as long as the facts are stated in a good linear order this thread could prove to be very useful. Less ____ chip sucks and more _____ chip runs great but ____ tune isn't as good as _____. Haha you get my drift

Love towing with my T Wildman chip. No EGT issues in the mountains, automatic downshifts on the declines, plenty of power. Smoke when I need it to get tailgaiters off my back, passing power, OD shifting set to 50 mph, my selector **** feels like a big nipple and I like big nipples.

This thread is useless because there is no empirical evidence proving one better than the other. It almost comes down to a Ford vs Chevy debate in some ways. We do know that all the listed tuners can tune a truck. What one must do now is to research what they are looking for, warranty, reburns, the product, and what they feel comfortable with. The best someone can do is some homework. Contact the vendor.

Myself, I have DP Tunes and cannot say they are the best because I have not tried them all. I had a cookie cutter TS that was pretty good, then DP, then Swamps tunes, then back to DP. They all worked, but live tuning worked best for me. Again, do your homework.

I can't say anything real bad about the cookie cutter chips out there, but I will go on the record saying that it is nice to be able to change tunes or even get live tuning should you want to. Thats something my old Predator couldn't do (well not on the fly, and never matched as well as my DP)

Sounds about right.

I absolutely love the chip I have, but then again so do most of you. The only thing for sure is it's a hell of a lot better the the Super Chips I had. As far as JD's post, I'm not sure which on can pee the furthest, but I do know who's helping sponsor this site.
