That's a good question Justin I don't see anything on his site anywhere it only has TS reburn. So I don't know if he would do any 6 position or not.

I don't know....I'm happy with my TS tunes on my TS chip.

They work great with my BTS trans.

I don't really have any reason to have anyone else burn it. I told Dennis what I wanted out of the chip and that's what I got for my driving style. Very happy.

Max power is going to be more or less the same with all the big name tuners on a truck with stock injectors as long as the file is running good in your truck....it's the driveability that's the main difference, IMO. All personal preference.

All the big name tuners got that way since they all have happy customers just a matter of finding what you like for your truck.

I think there are lots of very good tuners available for the 7.3.....and I wouldn't hesitate to run any of them if I were in the market for a chip.

You should try the TW tunes and see what you think about them Dan, sure the TS gives you some great power but you never know what is on the other side.

I'm sure Tony does a great job tuning by all the reviews.

I've ran other tunes in my truck besides TS over the years and driven other trucks with other tuning, in all fairness never driven anything with TW tunes, Cale's tunes or Bill's tunes and I wouldn't mind running them.

Being as I'm happy with what I have compared to what I've previously run and what I've driven as far as power, responsiveness and shifting I don't see the point in me spending money on more tunes. I already spend enough money on my trucks buying parts that I don't already have.
While it would be nice to buy a chip from all the big name tuners and then run them, that would get costly

I do agree with you Dan I think being happy with what you are running is part of it. There are people on here perfectly happy with their superchips or edge tuners and a list of others. Some like me want more and or to see what other tuners have to offer. I can not say for sure yet but I do think there will be a big difference from my TS to the TW tunes though. We will see when ever I get it back.

Edit: I do how ever know for a fact without a chip in my truck it sucks.(well not really I love me truck but you know what I mean)

I know the feeling. When I had to send my chip to Tony to upgrade the tunes for the Swamps stage I injectors - I ran the truck stock for a week or two.

FWIW, in my 01 I'm on my 4th different physical chip with my 6th set of programs from different vendors......so I've tried a few things
My current setup is what works for me for my driving (my 01 is a big play toy on 38" tires with 4.56 gears and a BTS).

If there were aspects of the tuning I didn't like....I would look for something else (hence the 6 different sets of programs, LOL).

Edit: I do agree that no chip in a truck that you are used to driving chipped does suck.

Attention to detail - it's a good thing. Especially when it comes to maintaining customers for the long run.

Dan you have 325/60 18R on your 07 right is it lifted or just level?
I have my 18's and I am planning on either 325/60 or 325/65 for them. Just curious do you have enough room for the extra couple inches. I would rather do the 325/65 which is 35's I believe.

Sorry for the

If you had personal attention from Dennis, then you are in good shape. A competent tuner. I had a cookie cutter TS chip that made good power, but the DP Tuner blew it away.

While we are on the subject, Swamps could not get my truck to idle properly and the shifting stunk after my turbo and hybrid upgrade. I rode several times with Jonathan and told him what I did not like and we never got it fixed. Good power, just crappy behavior. Jody fixed these concerns of mine during live tuning.

Take from this what you will. Not bashing Swamps, great guys, great injectors, great customer service. Just could not fix my problems in the tuning department. I say this at the risk of some loss of rapport with them, but I feel I should be honest here for the folks shopping. Did I mention they make great injectors and have great customer service?

I have an Edge Juice w/Attitude on my Excursion and really like it. I'm not into heavy modifications and it develops much more power than I ever use. I like the 6 different power levels (including stock) and the digital display and instant power tunes on the Attitude. It automatically defuels on shifts and when the programmable EGT limit is reached.

Yep, 325/60R18s on 18x8.5 Welds. Stock height.....but it's taller than all my 99-04s with x-codes so you may need a leveling kit.

For 325/65R18s I'd need more height.

You can send the F5 back and have it updated to the F5 Freedom.
