Update- First, thanks to those that offed suggestions, I'm a novice with big ambition. I spent 6 hours last night getting it all apart. I still need to get the squirl cage off. I guess I need to go buy a long allen wrench.
So now it is all apart and I tested the new motor and it did not fire up. Guess I need to check the electrical after all.
Like I said... Novice. I was sure it was just the motor the way it was acting. I'm glad to get these new parts in... I want it to become dependable not just my daily driver.
