I'm ready for spring, this stupid weather can leave any time. It would be tolerable if the wind would stop.

Can't wait to have a garage again, the 79 was pretty difficult to get going this morning at -4. The guy put an original spec Motorcraft battery in the truck for looks, but it's not enough CCA's for cold like this. Almost bought an Optima at Sam's Club today, but didn't want to spend the $$.

No that feeling Rob I didn't either but I did get the biggest Interstate I could get in the box on both trucks which I think were 575 or 625 CCA

Yeah, it's embarassing to have to jump start a tough looking Ford pickup with the wife's Lexus (it has an Interstate in it... hmmmm maybe she won't notice if I swap them.

well, ive about had it with the ghost. Just about ready to make an order to fordcummins.com - Increase Horsepower with Ford Cummins Diesel conversion kits for a swap to a 12v cummins. but i cant afford that right now so its just a dream. need to get me some non emmissions heads for it as well as exhaust, as well as the heater core and id be ok. also tempted to find a 5.0 out of a mustang with wiring harnes and computer and convert it to fuel injection. hmmm im giving myself bad ideas lol

I know that when i lived up in Seattle it was a common conversion. Actually got to meet a guy who had a 76 (i think) crew cab 4x4 that he did that conversion to. Really nice looking truck. wouldnt know that anything was done to it until he turned the key.
