From Yahoo Answers Diesel fuel #2 should resist gelling down to about -10 deg. F (-23 deg. C), while winter blends of diesel fuel #2 and fuel #1 (kerosene) can typically handle temperatures down to -4 degrees F to -20 deg. F. But some "winter" blends may gel at higher temperatures if it contains too much #2 diesel and not enough #1 (say around 18 to 20 degrees F).
yeah, that slacker. Being on vacation is NO excuse!!LOL! I also use an additive, for anti-gelling. But, from what woodhouse told me, no amount of additive will help with the crap fuel that alot of stations are getting. And, a lot of the quickie-mart stations aren't even ordering mix!

good afternoon, everyone!!! My truck is finally fixed!!!! Joe has done a bunch of stuff to my beast and now it's happy and so am I!! Last week he had to get it towed from home to the shop cuz the starter had seized. that same day he replaced the back window and added some pipes to the exhaust to get it out from under the truck.(after we bought it, Joe cut off the huge canoe of a muffler) Now it comes out on the passenger side just behind the steprail. Yesterday, he replaced the battery and I think the next thing to go on is remote start!
