I have seen the issue and for the most part I find it related to the a tuner installed, the boost builders will not correct it. I have been able to program it out with a good SCT Tune on most trucks but still have 2 customers out there that I have not been able to correct, both odd strategies files too. One is an Excursion with the PATS system and the other is an E450 ??

What you have (edge juice) is a module and not a tuner by definition. It has a boost fooler built into it.
