Don't worry about the 1211 as you already know your injectors and chip over tax the HPOP
The 478 might be a plugged line to the sensor, unplugged sensor and bad sensor
the 113 could be a bad sensor or unplugged
The 196 probably means you tried to run the Contribution test without the engine being warmed up.
thanks tim, i have my ebpv unplugged so i'm guessing that would throw the one code, and of course my chip taxing the HPOP, even though it si a 17* pump, and my truck was not warmed up when i did the cyl contr. test
