dtc code question
hey guys i did a cylinder contribution test on my 96 f250 powerstroke.
i used the auto enginuity computer. i got the code p0269 cyl 3 bal default.
i also did the buzz test and all 8 injectors buzzed. the milage is 144,000.
has new epr, fuel pump, filter, oil change, idm, under valve cover harness
on both sides, new glow plugs. truck starts up easy but runs rough.
does this sound like bad injector or wiring. any help appreciated.

i have a cps from ford. i replaced it a few months back because the motor was
cutting off on me for no reason. i have the proper voltage at the icp. i unplugged
the icp, check eng light came on. the motor bogged down for about a second
and smoothed out a little. the engine shakes and runs rough when i start it.
it starts right up without letting the glow plugs cycle. my icp pressure was 570 psi
at 650 rpm. i will hook up puter and check icp % and rot vel thanx guys

hey guys i checked each injector reading from the idm harness plug. i read 3.1 ohms
from each injector. i am only reading code p0269 3 cyl bal fault injector. again i did
a buzz test. all eight injectors buzzed. i did get p1111 pass code. no other dtc's.
i need a mega ohm meter to check shorted circuits. any other ideas. oh my glow plug
wire from starter relay to glow plug relay gets hot enough to burn you.
what else can i do. could injector 3 be bad or loose screws or something
