Oh yeah. They rock....but they're holding their value too damn well. Fortunately, many of the Mustang mods also work on the mom and pop variety Marquis as well.

How does the 4.6 compare to the 5.0? I had nothing but 5.0's since I was 16. By the time the 4.6 came around, I was into trucks. "There's something women love about a pick up man." Joe Diffie-

I actually don't know much about the 4.6... I have had two Mercury Capris both with 5.0's. It never stops to amaze me how the 5.0 Liter is still a staple of "fast" I hear it all the time "bet i could beat a stock five O" Even if you can it just goes to show how much of an imprint the Five liter has!

The four cam motor is a monster. A stock two cam 4.6 is a pretty fair comparison to a stock 5.0. It doesn't have the low end of the 5.0, but it breathes better on the top end....and it does better on fuel.

My MGM doesn't run like my old Mustang GT did, but it's hardly a fair comparison.

Gotta love it when it is BIGGER than you thought it was!!!

I have no idea why it posted so big, I'll go back and try to resize it.

Sounds good, maybe I'll have to test drive a 4.6 one of these days then. I can still tell the sound of a 5.0 getting on it from miles away. It's in my blood.
