Well, my Sat is already shot. It's right at 8:00pm here, so I just had dinner and I'm about to plop in my rack and read. I work Saturdays, but I get all but every 4th Sunday off. I look forward to sleeping IN tomorrow. Like until 7 or so LOL... Coming up on the ~30 days left mark, so I'm getting a li'l bit anxious. Ready to come home!!
You can't zap at least one terrorist for the guys back home that would just love to get a few? Man, if I were there I would have Murtha all over me like stink on chit.

This is really OT but I wanted to share this with all of you. I'm sure that by now you have heard about the Americans who were stabbed at the Olympics in Beijing. The man who died was Todd Bachman who was the president of Bachman Florist and Nursery in Minneapolis, MN. His wife was also stabbed and has life threatening injuries. Their daughter is the wife of the men's volleyball coach. My brother-in-law retired from Bachmans a couple years ago after having worked there about all his working years. He had talked to Todd a couple weeks ago and Todd was so excited about going to the Olympics. What a tragedy this is for the family.
I know that this has nothing to do with PSDs but now you will have a little connection to this current event.
Out the door to a "Welcome to Texas" barbecue being thrown by some friends of ours for some other friends of ours that have moved to Texas from California.
Nah, not napping, just working on the beast since I finally have a little bit of money saved up and can get started on the rebuild. I got it started for the first time in 8 months and got the bed pulled off, now if I can just find a good deal on another truck or a cab and bed I'll be set.
On a lighter note: Apparently everyone is napping today!!! so here ya go
WAKE UP!!!!!!!
It has been quiet around here today. Figured everyone was outside enjoying the nice HOT weather. 'Course in Iowa "it isn't the heat, it's the humidity!' And we've had both lately. Lisa will be glad for air conditioning...

Well just walked inside from out in the shop. After running my errands, Chris came over and we took upon the project of rewiring my generator, Now its a little more complicated than Jeremys PCS controller(only cause it has 120 and 240V and electricity scares me) We added a 30 amp camper plug in and breaker, only to later find out the generator is only rated for 9 amps output. (that will teach me to buy a generator off the back of a 18wheeler after a hurricane) so I sent Chris home to be with his family, and went back out and put all the stock wiring back together. I will end up selling this generator and getting one that is more suited for my needs. You let one good hurricane start coming up the pipe towards Mobile and that sucker will be gone.
It was just too nice of a day to be inside all day. I'm actually going to go back out here in a few and probably start working on my fuel delivery for the truck. Just got done having a nice steak dinner, which was bought for me...well I did some work for a guy, he bought my dinner...even trade I guess, I'm not tired, but don't feel like watching TV or really playing on the net much. Of course, probably here in an hour or two, I'll have my fuel line stuff done and be back inside posting up some pics of it.
Today was really nice. We got a break from the upper 80's. Stayed in the 70's all day and is 58 right now. It's the perfect weather for workin on the truck.
