Chatter on acceleration

While towing my horse trailer (empty) the other day, a few times while accelerating (mostly accelerating while turning) I noticed some chatter from the truck- my first thought was that it's probably the limited slip rear end since I have no idea when the fluid was last changed. Not a major chatter, but could be felt in the seat and it only did it when I was accelerating hard. Am I on the right track here?

The chatter when turning is usually the limited slip. Change the fluid and put additive in there and see if that helps.

mine was doing the samething, changed the fluid and all gone now.

I figgered it was the LS. I'll have to get the goods to change the fluid out.

Just changed my rear fluid with R.P. No chatter here and no modifier added. 75-140 synthetic ran me 9.99 a quart at Auto Zone.
