Was a great day here. Sunny and hot!! Got my floor 1/3 (or more) done. Framing crew just down the street came and asked if I'd take a couple days off to let them get ahead They're a 4-man crew with a zoom-boom, I'm a one man army. In fairness to them, they're building a house 300 sqft larger than I am, but with 4 guys you'd think they'd be further ahead... Oh well...
It's going to be the day from hell today. We're short 3 people in the office today, there's only 2 of us here and the other guy is new and has no clue Our receptionist is away and that clueless lump just puts everyone on hold for me.
I couldn't resist this: A Saskatchewan farmer and his wife, on their way back home in January, are at an airport in Arizona awaiting their flight.
They are dressed in heavy boots, parka, scarf, mittens, etc, all ready for the Canadian winter.
An older American couple standing nearby is intrigued by their manner of dress.
The wife says to her husband: "Look at that couple. I wonder where they're from."
He replies: "How would I know?"
She counters: "You could go and ask them."
He says: "You want to know, you go and ask them."
She decides to do just that and walks over to the couple and asks,
"Excuse me. Looking at the way you are dressed, I wondered where you're from."
The Canadian farmer replies: " Saskatoon Saskatchewan".
The woman returns to her husband who asks: "So, where are they from?"
She replies: "I don't know. They don't speak English."<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
