Really windy this morning. It was a workout keeping my bike on the highway and doing 120!

I went into the gym at about 6:20 or so and it was windy but sunny, got out from swimming at 7:30 or so, and it was wet and cloudy. I was amazed how fast the weather changed.

I think the sand the wind is carrying around took a layer of skin off my face today!!
And the crack of my butt is full!!!!!
Sure am glad hump day is over.

I hear that they had tornados in southern ONT, crazy weather the last 6 months or so.....
