True, that kind of sucks but in winter and near Christmas is a bad time to try renting any home and it maybe even worse on an acreage. I`m getting in pretty deep by repainting all of the inside from top to bottom and all new flooring so it`s a pretty serious reno. I figure it`ll take a while with afew extras that pop up along the way and I want to have it all done well before spring.

When adding up the rental income from the past 38 years this house has more than paid for it`s self many times over and the best part is that I still own this beautiful property. It doesn`t get any better than this.

I hear you on having someone else pay for your stuff, our renter pays for our land and then some! Although we just bought our land in 07, so it will take a few years for renters to pay it off, but they will yet

Good afternoon Gerry, it was a cold one here today but it`s slowly warming up so it`ll be a nice weekend. 
This one is next door here on this farm, the other one is 5 miles closer to Saskatoon.
I have farm land and home rentals, both are good in their own way. Less work with farm land but more $$ in home rentals tho there is some upkeep involved.

Sheldon, I have 3 quarters of my and plus one that used to be my brother`s that I rent back from PCS.
