It was not a good morning here, too many fatal traffic accidents here from the blowing snow causing very poor driving conditions.

One accident was with a pair of semi`s and another was single vehicle roll over. I`m certainly glad I don`t have to be out driving in this awful weather.

I`ll always wait out storms but alot of folks don`t have that option. I feel for the law enforcement and the emergency people that have to respond to accidents.........no matter what the roads conditions are like.

Agreed but I`m thinking of semi drivers and others that depend on driving for a living. Winter is an awful time for that.

I guess, but in that kind of extreme weather I'd just rather pull off the highway and wait it out.

when I was on our local Fire and Rescue department, we had many fatalities on Interstate 80 here in Jersey, and having to deal with the situations and incidents on a daily basis didn't really hit you until after the scene was cleared and you were back at the station talking about it.

Thanks Mo, thought the back was better today so I ran the snowblower this afternoon. Big mistake. I have a hard time asking for help with things like that. But help is available so I just gotta do it.
