I have a garage at my home and one at a rental that both need walk in doors, my son is in from out of town and will put them in for me. Unfortunately my garage has only a 28 inch opening and the smallest one I can find is a 30 inch one that`s special order. I may look for a used one.

You could cut a 30 '' dr to fit, one inch off each side, pain in the butt I know

My son says he can open up the door way to fit a 32-34 inch door, I`d prefer a metal door any ways.
