No, we`ll be at it for the next month or so since it`s a major renovation, the same renters were there for 12 years and it hasn't been touched during that time so it`s due.
I`m doing a total repaint top to bottom and replacing the bath tub, some of the wiring and all the flooring will be new.

I want to redo the inside so it`ll look real nice, the outside has new siding and windows.

What was your illness?
Your sort of lucky with a head start like that, I need to lose 20-25 lbs to be close to my idea weight and Christmas will blow that out the window.
