Morning boys. Woke up to 4" of snow on the deck...and everywhere else in the yard. Oh well, we had a great run of awesome weather!! Luckily we just finished our job out of town yesterday, so won't have to finish it in this snow. We still have to clean up and silicone some penetrations but just a couple hours work.
Gerry, the ankle story sucks, and I know a few people that went through that same scenario. Some of the early 4-wheelers didn't have full floorboards and the same thing would happen. I didn't hear from the guy yesterday, so not sure if he got it going or not. Morris, parts are easily available for them. They were quite popular in their day and even today they are still desired to restoration guys and collectors. I was doing some research and a guy could build one from used parts accumulated through the internet
Great work on your project John... every now and then I get the urge to tear the engine out of my 1990 and have something to tinker with over the winter. I fear that I really don't have the time for that, and I would wind up with a carcass and a project I can't finish and once again, sell a truck I think I'll just leave it like it is for a while.
Happy Thursday mornin'all. Snowing here this morning. Dawn and Kalan are off to a hockey tourney in Fargo. I told her to wait till 10am to leave. Have a great day guy's.
I`m lucky I never had any broken bones over the yrs, just a few sprains.
We got about 4" of fresh snow here too, it`s a bit slippery over top of the ice.
Goodluck on that Honda Sherm, let us know what happens. What shape is the 1990 engine in? Last night I sold an 88 F150 4X4 that ran well but the body was quite rusty, the new owner is going to use it on his farm so no worries about getting pulled of the road.
You`re getting our left over snow in Manitoba Grant, it get to you as well John.
We were fortunate on the snow part and only got an inch. It rained though so there is ice covering on everything. Went to Regina yesterday for eye appointments and the highways were great, today they are really slippery.
