Good morning all, I still like to know how many miles per gallon I get, I feel cheated using KM's especially now that a liter jumps up between 5 -10 cents each time when a gallon would never jump that high. But at least it's been sunny here the last 2 days.

That's funny eh? I do the same, always converting to mpg from L/100kms. A gallon would have to jump 30-40 cents to match our liter price jumps...could you imagine the holy war there would be?

Is your truck from across the border? I had a couple motorcycles from the States, it was always a little mind game to make sure I remembered that 100 was mph not km/h lol... It wasn't such an issue on the HD Road King as it couldn't get to 100mph, but the Hayabusa was a constant battle to keep anywhere near 65-70mph
Happy Mother's Day mornin'all. Jordan is playing rugby, He says don't worry dad it's not that bad. 1st game yesterday, he's a full back and looks it today with all the bruises. We have ball today at 2:30, if it doesn't rain. At work all we deal with are U.S. measurement's. Even our Canadian fuel bill's come in both gallon's, and litre's. You guy's treat your Mama's well today. Talk later, and have a great day.

Yes it is. It does have kph on it in small numbers but the odo is in miles and I have never bothered to switch to kilometers. I have never fully converted to metric either, I am alway converting back and forth especially the temp and mpg.
Looks like a really nice yard you have there Curtis!!
Thanks Sherm!!
Still outside, rains holding off. Was chilly this morning but the suns burning through the clouds!! Petering out tho, couple more pine trees to till around.
Happy Mothers Day gang[/QUOTE[
I`m still ticked at having to deal with the silly metric system.
Happy mother`s day to all the moms.

I'm on the hunt for a IH Farmall "super A" tractor. I have a pic from 1987 with my older sister and I on the tractor with my great grampa. He passed away a couple years ago, but the beginning of sentiment has me wanting to preserve some memories... If anyone knows of one sitting around, in any condition, let me know...
Keep an eye on Kijiji, that`s how I found my MF 35 less than 2 miles away.

Litres per 100 kms doesn`t mean a thing to me, I always convert too.

The Americans were too smart to get fooled into converting.
Shut the sheds, closed up the cave, trailer locked n loaded. Great weekend!!
Off to a job in Oakbank tomorrow. Drywall, move a fan and tile floors.
Interesting start to the season, all indoor work and I primarily do exterior renos lol.
Wife tells me, If I can't be handsome, may as well be handy :P
Time to pour a glass of Pepsi, bowl of popcorn and enjoy a movie with Mumzi.
Have a great evening to all you guys pampering their mums!!
Rain stayed away to enjoy the Cruise. Plenty of vehicles out. Had both trucks out for a time. My 150 out accelerated an Eco-boost 150. 250 destoryed this jacked Ram diesel. Like there was a dealt. Both of us have 37s.

Too bad you didn't have video of out accelerating an Ecoboost. I have trouble believing it. I've had both an Ecoboost F150 and a '08 5.4L F150. There is no way a naturally aspirated 5.4L would out perform an Ecoboost if both drivers were trying.
Hope everyone had a good weekend!! Mine was spent doing more yard work. Woke up this morning thinking it was still the weekend Wood tics are out, I'm not happy about that. Pulled a dozen off the kids and dogs so far, had a few on ourselves. Only good thing about them is having to check the missus over for tics

Have a great Monday Boys and Girl!!
You must remember my 150 has gears to help. If you would like to see first hand then bring that garbage boost you have.
Off shortly to get the Vehicle Inspection completed.

If I still had it I would arise to the challenge. As for calling it a garbage boost... Don't knock it till you try it. Your 4:88 with 37" rubber isn't much different than factory diameter rubber with 3:73's... You've just compensated for the larger rubber and maybe a little bit more jump over stock.

I won't argue it further...
Cheers.
I actually run 35s daily. Put on 33s to race on cruise night. I've test driven the Eco-boost. Nice truck.
