rear lift blocks

rear lift blocks
what size blocks do i need to lift my rear about 2"? I know I can use blocks from a 1 ton but what are other options?

Factory F-350 blocks (I have some if your interested), after market blocks, add a leaf or and overload (big thick flat spring) add a leaf to the bottom of the spring pack which acts like a block, usually good for 1/2 to 3/4 inch.

With all those options except usually just the standard add a leaf you need longer u-bolts as well. I have blocks, and u-bolts as well that the top overload spring and spacer block if you are interested.

No perches. I was going to cut them off the frame but decided not to. PM sent on price.
