starting hard

my 95 auto psd is tough to start it seems when it is cold it starts easier than when it is warm I replaced the glow plugs and the relay. Their is a little blue smoke when the truck starts only if the truck has set for a week or so.

Also the truck seems to have a miss or shake in it at idle

only mods are a 4" exhaust turbo back and a homebrew cold air intake
oil is fresh Rotella
any help appreciated

I might look at the IPR O Rings ,,,its a cheap test ....

Take it out & look at them....Actually ,, the one you need to look at ,is the small one on the tip if the IPR...(next to the backer....)O ring pic ....here...Its the small green on near the tip....

No, I'm just curious to see how the o-ring is looking. She starts like a dream warm. Speak of the devil though, I think my gpr109 is shot. My volts come right back to normal after she fires up...
