Are These Stock Lift Blocks?

Are these stock lift blocks?

I am looking for a stock lift block for my F150 with the 2-1/2" wide rear leaf pack. What F150 models were these found on?

What is the extension off to the side of the block for?

Yes they are.

Good luck finding 2.5" wide ones. I have only ever seen factory ones in 3" wide. Aftermarket may have something for you

The big protrusion is for a "bump stop". See the rubber disc above it?

2wd trucks did NOT come with a lift block in the rear... only 4x4's with the 3" wide leaf springs.

Ah, yes. I see it now. So the protrusion is for the bump stop. That looks like it serves a useful purpose. Is this necessary? I noticed that none of the aftermarket blocks have this protrusion sticking out. I would like to find some to fit my 2wd truck with the 2-1/2" wide spring pack.

Did any 4x4 trucks have the 2-1/2" wide spring pack with the blocks underneath?

if you need a bump stop wit a lift kit im pretty sure the truck would be destroyed before that would happen, and its not needed really if you plan on klifting it or if your never going to haul anything heavy its not needed, and far as i know only 3in

Yes. Cab-n-chassis trucks, but they are 4" tall

No all 4x4's came with 3" wide rear leaf springs.

Except for my truck, it's a 4x4 with 2.5" rear leaf springs. But that's because I converted mine to 4wd.

Cab-n-chassis F350s use 2.5" spring

I don't think they're necessary with a lift or if you don't haul anything. My trucks lifted but its got the stock block so I just left it there.
