Jared, The gaskets are dry fit. If they are several years old they should be replaced. Take a utility knife and cut the gasket on the inside up both sides and across the top. Push the glass outward from the top and with a helper lift it out.
Dennis Carpenter makes good replacement gaskets available with and with out the windshield trim.

Thanks, I was wondering the same thing. My gasket is toast. Cheers.
The gaskets aren't necessarily toast although you say yours is. I got a replacement glass and gasket from the U-pull It for $20. Both were in good shape and I live in CO where windshield glass gets pitted quickly. I got them out of a 79. Windshield glass is the same up to 79 but not the rear glass. They push out from the inside if you don't want to cut the gasket.
How easy are they to put in? I remember hearing some of the older generation saying you wrap a rope inside the seal on the back windows and push the window in and remove the rope from the lip of the seal. Is the front glass the same way? Mine leaks but it has perfect glass in it.
I didn't do my replacement but watched, the installer used a 3/16" sash cord. He put the gasket on the glass, then put the Custom Cab trim into the grove, found the center of his cord and started at the center top of the gasket and wrapped it across the top, down the ends and across the bottom. They placed the unit into the cab opening and started pulling the cord out to the sides. The came up each side making sure it was in as good as it could be, and then started working towards the top middle until it was in.
ok...I think I may give this a shot myself with an extra hand. I appreciate the explination. Doesn't sound too bad. Sounds just like how the rear glass is done. Thanks.
