Banks Ottomind chip question
I just removed a Banks Ottomind chip from my 96. Can this chip be reflashed by TW or any other uses for this chip?
Also will I get better mileage with this chip as it is or without (stock configuration)? I'm sure it has a very old program since it hasn't been removed since it was installed around 97.

The only way to find out about reprogramming would be to ask them, but i have to say X2 on the doubt part- that's an old chip. Mileage, maybe a little, but nothing like a newer tune would get you.
