I really like the glow of my blue aquarium lights at night but its better for the fish if the light is off.

your body works best with sleep in 1 1/2 hour increments... sometimes less sleep is deeper than a whole nights sleep...

Interesting. I didnt always wonder why I performed best with 4-5 hours of sleep a night, when "they" say that the normal should be about 8 hours.
