ITP has introduced a new ATV rim called the 212. It looks much like the 112.

I really like the glow of my blue aquarium lights at night but its better for the fish if the light is off.

after yesterdays quad derby i decided that aluminum rims can stay in the shop. they wouldn't last a second with me.

Why is it when a person goes to bed late, they wake up even earlier then they normally would?

your body works best with sleep in 1 1/2 hour increments... sometimes less sleep is deeper than a whole nights sleep...

Interesting. I didnt always wonder why I performed best with 4-5 hours of sleep a night, when "they" say that the normal should be about 8 hours.
