Haha my woman likes Jeep but thats about the closest thing to a dodge out here Three ford trucks here, 2 at my dads house, and of course, the econo car, the civic!

And hell yeah, I love fishing. I fish quite abit in the summer. I dont keep them though, just catch and release. Oddly enough I dont even really care for the taste of fish much.

I cant wait to get the four winns out on some lakes and start swinging the shimano

I never did car much for the quantum's although I never really played with them much. Ive had great luck with the shimano's ive had, the one was twelve years old before the reel went!

As for the ugly stick, they are a decent rod, not gonna take nothing away from ya there

Ugly Stick is for girls.

Which Quantum? I had the IH3 Iron level wind. Great reel, on other reel I like besides Quantum is Abu Garcia, I had 6000c series on Heartland-S 10'5 rod (Steelhead/Salmon), on my deep sea I used a Eagle Claw rod (custom made), and a Penn Longbeach 60 (I still have the reel, I lost the rod in the last move).

My trout rod is a Shakespear Black Beauty with a AG 6000c.

I want to try Flyfishing as well...

Ive notcied the shakespear's never tried one.

My woman has a nice little rod and reel combo we actually picked up for her at walmart. I forget the name of it offhand but its worked great for her. Has a trigger on the open faced reel and everything. Perfect for a beginner!
