Sterling Axle cover

Sterling Axle cover
(continuation from another post on axle code)
1995 F250 with axle code 39 decodes to 3.55 ratio Sterling 10/25" (thanks guys).
I had heard of Dana rear-ends...but not Sterling. The one in my son's '95 F250 has a leaky cover (pinhole rust). Most places carry chrome replacements for Dana 44 and Dana 60. I found one on ebay that sounds like it'll fit (it's pouring outside right now, or I'd run out and take a look at what's on the truck).

It looks like Sterling is 12-bolt...versus Dana 10-bolt.
=> For a replacement cover, are there any other points to know -- or do all I need to do is make sure I get a 12-bot for a Sterling?
