I had never thought of it as a "rare" truck.
Wonder what the production numbers would be with the I-6 in front of a AOD tranny?

nothing special. i'd consider the '80's f100 a rare bird...i've only seen maybe 1/2 dozen of them in my lifetime.

Found it, looks good!
My opinion is, never sell a good straight dependable truck for less than the price of a good engine rebuild!
What model Ford are those pooches?

Just ask Bill how rare the f100's were, he would be able to tell you in a snap.

I remember when I bought my 81 the salesman was trying to sell me an F100 with the 300 3spd std. no PS, PB and no radio, there was a whole row of them like that. Needless to say I went with the F150, 300 auto, Air Cruise tilt, PS and PB. That was a great little truck.

My 05 PSD is ridiculous, way too many bells and whistles that`ll bite me hard in a few years I`m real sure. I think it`s list of options would fill a small telphone book..........
