I think it is Power Blaster, yellow aerosol can available at just about any parts store. For some reason works like magic on rusted and seized nuts and bolts.

Got my EBP Sensor on eBay for $24.99. Reading other posts, if I clean the tube I should go ahead and replace it. Now if I can find the PB, I will be set. My MPG has dropped from 18.6 to 15.5. Runs smooth, but does idle up in am before starting off. Hope this solves the problem.
