tot sensor

does anybody out there in truck land know where the tot sensor(trans operating temp)is located?
my o/d light is flashing and i ran the code scanner and its telling me that it is the tot sensor,thanks

tot sensor

The TOT sensor is part of the solenoid body assembly. It isn't serviceable as a separate part.

Most likely your problem is the wiring to the TOT sensor. The sensor itself is very reliable. It operates at very low voltage, so it is susceptible to dirty connections.

where would i look for the plug or the connection at?
