I'm sorry it took a few days for me to get back. I found that a 79 Ford pickup with a 351w and a C6 transmission takes a fra-202 flexplate. This flex plate should fit what you have.
Impossible, only passenger cars (including Ranchero's) & 1975/79 Econolines had 351W engines thru 1979.
No 351W engines in F Series trucks till 1981.
351W flexplate used in FoMoCo passenger cars/Econolines with a C6 transmission:
1974/76 & 1979 cars / 1975/79 Econoline:
DIZZ-6375-A / Marked: D1ZP-AB / 164 tooth ring gear
This same flexplate was also used with some 302 C6 applications 1978/80.
The above information comes straight from the official 1973/79 Ford Passenger Car & 1973/79 Ford Light Truck Parts Catalogs.
The flexplate is obsolete from Ford (I just checked) and Green Sales doesn't have one, so you'll have to go to the aftermarket sector to locate one.
The same D1ZZ-6375-A flexplate also used on:

Ok, Maybe I lied a little on th application. That flywheel is for a 82 bronco with 351 and c6. The fra202. It is also listed for a 80 econoline. I don't remember which OEM number is listed for it, but when you go ot O'Reilly have them pull you the pioneer flywheel book and in the illustration guide look at the flywheel fra202 and it will list it's OEM ford number. Since you have a OEM ford number now then you can just match it to one of the ones in the book.
Oh, also in the computer it lists for a 79 f-series(not saying it is right) two 351s. It lists the 351m and the 351w.
Which would tend to believe..the '73/79 & '80/89 Ford truck parts catalogs, or some aftermarket catalog?
351M 1977/82 F100/350 & Bronco
351W 1981/ F100/350 & Bronco / 1975/ Econoline
As stated above in POST #20, the 1982 Bronco 351W C6 uses the SAME flexplate (D1ZZ-6375-A) as 1982/89 F100/350 & Econoline, and all the other applications I listed in POST 16.
Yeah, It's a aftermarket catalog. It's our electronic catalog at work. It's right at least 50% of the time. I do remember the tooth count on the flywheel, it was 164.
