Canadian.......just sent veh. specific as well as the gold pack. gen 2 install instructions. Let me know if you want the relay wiring for the idle up. rr. defrost.

thanks. If I could get teh idle up/defrost instructions would be great also.

O.K. sorry took so long. Here's the pin out info for wiring the idle up to the Gen2 Gold Package rear defrost output.


on the relay:

pin 30 to PTO Orange wire
pin 85 to gold module rear defrost output (blue/white coming off module)
pin 86&87 to 12v (white/blue) on truck above the accelerator pedal.

you can still run the idle up off of a toggle switch for manual on/off, I used the white/blue above pedal and ran through a toggle switch to the PTO orange wire. Tap pin 30 AFTER the toggle switch.

Once hooked up, remote start the truck, then hit the start button on the fob to activate hi idle, hit start button again to kill hi idle or hold start button to shut off engine. Using the rear defrost output from the module will only allow the hi idle to run (remotely) for no more then 20 minutes.

As stated earlier in the thread.............I will need to know year/model of vehicle as well as which model system you have.
