we make 38 lbs of boost with stage 1's,D66 and great programming.
run the quarter in the high 14's with the wifes truck on fuel and has dyno 358hp /721tq
D66 is a very nice turbo for 1's or 2's,

I have never said that D66/S1 Combo will top out at 28psi, most will do around 28-35psi, some will do more depending on tunes and the truck. I think you might have taken what I said out of context or somthing or didnt understand.
