Unhappy I.E. or FTE settings? Auto Log out

I select the "remember me" logging in and I still get logged out of FTE when I close browser. I don't know what I changed in I.E. (6.0) or if it is a FTE setting....

please help, because I have no clue...

It sounds like IE just isn't saving your cookies. I can't remember exactly how to change your settings though.

If your cookies are being deleted at the end of the day or at power down that will do it. I clean my temp files every day, i.e. I delete all temporary Internet files, I delete all history, and there are buttons in the tools/internet explorer options box to do this. But u cant delete all cookies every time... especially if you want to save passwords for easy log-in.

go to Tools/ internet options/(select general tab)/ select Browser History "settings" and then hit the "view files" button, if you don't see all or some of ur cookies for FTE then something has been deleting them automatically or u have been manually deleting the cookies by accident..
EDIT IE 6???? u r behind the times...u may want to download the latest version of explorer also.
