Hey everyone..I got a question on the history part of the net...I know how to delete history and address bar but i got a problem..
I haven't deleted my history in awhile so i did it today to clear all the cookies and crap out...Well my history is gone..thats good
and my adresses in the adress bar are gone, when i click to see them..
My problem is when i go to type like www.c then all these sites with c come up that i have been too..and they are so many i want to get ride of some..but clearing the history just won't do it or clearing the address bar...so how do i go about deleteing those sites in the adress bar when i start to type in a site???
I can't remember if 98 has a disk cleanup feature or not (i have XP) but if it does run that.Have you done the complete Internet options yet? delete files , delete cookies , delete history .
I deleted cookies, history and offline files but when i type in like www.r it has alot of sites that start with r that comes up....i dunno about a disk..is it a floppy or a cd?
On my XP i click My Computer and then go to drive C and right click on it, Go to properties click it and a window pops up that shows the disk usage and at the bottom it has disk cleanup it works for me but if your unsure about going that far don't do it.
