Gorilla, I've been following this tragedy in the local papers. The more I read about it, the worse I feel. My condolences to you + family.
For example, here's something that really bothers me. This is a police officer's account of how that POS loser punk conducted himself at the scene of the crime:

I don't want people like that in my community, or society at large, for that matter. He should be put away for good.

As Churchill [the POS loser] sat in the driver's seat, he repeatedly told me that he was not the driver, and that someone had put him in the driver's seat. ... Churchill then started to climb across and over Warren [the deceased]. I tried to restrain Churchill from climbing over Warren by grabbing the back of his pants; however, that was not effective. Churchill climbed out of the passenger's window.

Our hope is he gets the max. He has a criminal past and with a few other charges along with the 2nd Degree manslaughter on Erika's death, we hope he will get locked up for a good long while. It won't bring her back but at least he won't hurt anyone else.
