when one of my stock ones on the stang died i "upgraded" to louder horn with happend to be a train one..

one i got is wolo's model 418 powerhouse horn... they have it listed under air horns on their site... but works for me... i want another for the passenger side lol...

120 db , 390/435 hz.. on the site it sells for 105... couple magazines have it for 79.99... but i got mine on e-bay for 50 something i think.. was brand new... just an overstock seller trying to clean out his back room lol..

heres some from my install...

(white bar was my fabricating so i wouldnt have to drill new holes... )

my stock horns spot..

and with the inner fender back in place you cant even tell its there lol...

heres a sound bit i did of the before and after...

Just be careful how you play with it ... Some people are so jumpy you could cause a wreck ... Tooting at trains is ok tho ...

i have it to prevent a wreck... if i cant hear my stock one even inside my own car.. i know they couldnt hear mine inside their cars... (specially with as sound proofed as theyve been making them lately).. people around here pay so little attention to where their going its not funny.. with mine being 120 db its not as loud as the bigger ones are...

is funny sometimes to watch people jump when theyre looking at the car during meets and i set it off... or when its in for inspection and they "test" the horn watching the mechanics jump lol..
