2015 F150 Lariat. When I ge out of the truck and leave the engine running, as I do when I get home and check my mailbox, the horn honks twice. Of course, if I leave the fob in the truck, it will not do that. I don't want to go to the trouble to take the fob out of my pocket and leave it in the truck. Is there a way to stop the horn honking in this case?

 

Not "officially". There is a guy building special "as-built" files that will disable it. You'll need your dealer or a proper Ford IDS to flash the file into the computer.
