I did, and changed it out, but no luck, it is just smothering hot here. I just don't know what to do. It looks like it is going to be a matter of trying to find a short somewhere. I'll have to find someone to do that.
I appreciate your help more than you know.

Kbam, I appreciate you trying to learn and fix this yourself.
Yes we are all still learning and if anybody out says they know everything then their and idiot.

I really appreciate your comment. I have never felt so defeated as I did after trying to get help figuring out how to fix the air in the truck.
I don't know what to do.
The air comes out just a little bit while driving down the freeway, but when I slow down or have to stop I can't feel anything! The Relay, Resistor, the Blower, and all fuses that may have anything to do with it have all been replaced. I'm not one to give up easily. I read something about checking vacuum hoses and wires for shorts, neither of which I have been able to figure out yet.
The AC compressor is working and it is cooling, it just won't blow out of the vents... any of them!
If you come up with any ideas at all, will you please let me know?
Meanwhile I am going to start looking for a mechanic that may not charge me an arm and a leg to look at it.
Thank you again for your kind comment, it helped me from feeling so sorry for myself that someone at least knew I was doing my best. (Which apparently isn't enough) Thanks again...

Okay, I'm late to the party, so don't fret if this has been answered

Do you have a "cabin filter" ? If so, be sure to change it.

If it seems like a little air is coming out of the proper vents, but not much, and you can hear the blower motor turn on/off with the switch (A/C can be off and motor off to hear better), the cabin filter in newer vehicles gets clogged up and can REALLY restrict any air movement out the vents.

If you aren't sure, go to AutoZone | Auto Parts & Accessories | Repair Guides & More and put in your vehicle year, make, model, and search for 'filter' then look for cabin air filter.

Maybe someone here has the same year and model you do and can answer this question?

Hang in there! It takes a little time to get your head around these vehicles and systems. Everything seems new at first, but keep asking questions until you get it fixed.

You couldn't ask any more or dumber questions than I have on FTE, LOL

Thanks! I will try anything at this point! There is no air coming out at all as long as the truck is stopped. It's almost like when I get on the freeway, the air is being pushed out or sucked out maybe by the back windows being open. Kind of like a cross breeze in a house when windows are open on opposite sides of the house! I know that sounds crazy, but that's just what popped in my head...

Can you hear the blower fan running?

Is air coming out of a different vent?

Are the vents open? (sorry, but it happens, usually after I've had a passenger who plays with the levers on the vents)

The blower is not running and it has been replaced, but still does not come on. I'm not sure if it is forced out of other vents, I keep it on the dash vents so any bit of air that comes out when driving will come out of there. It barely comes out. Not enough to cool the cabin, just enough that I can feel it with my hand.
The vents are open, It doesn't have the little turn wheel, it opens by hand

The blow "wasn't" working, or "isn't" working?

If you can't hear it turn on and off with the switch, that's a problem

What is the year, make, model of your truck?

The blower does not come on at all. The AC compressor comes on, and I can hear it cycling, but the blower never comes on. It was replaced with a brand new one a few days ago, but it still does not come on.

Who replaced the blower motor? Was it new?

It sounds like the switch to me. Many have a resistor type switch and might work in other positions (low, med, or high)

Does the fan blow in heat or not-A/C positions?

If not, check for a new switch assembly at a junkyard or wherever.

Beyond that, take it to a mechanic who can follow/trace the wiring and such. There is a limit to what you really want to do on your own.

Well the only thing I can think of if it doesn't come on then either the blower is bad or their is no power going to the blower to turn it on. Shooting wires is the next step to determine if power is getting to the relay.

Did you ever inspect or replace fuse #116 which powers the blower motor?

If you find someone to help you with it he might need this wiring diagram, so feel free to print it out for him.

I bought one at the Parts store and it says "FORD" on it, it is new

I got a friend to install it for me.

It will not blow on any setting or out of any vent ac, defrost or heat

The resistor was replaced as well as the Relay

Fuse 116 is and has been empty, but someone told me that it lead to another fuse, so I replaced that one.

I will look at the manual and see where the switch assembly is and maybe go that way...

Assume nothing, what happens if you install a 30 amp fuse in the #116 space, does the blower work?

I printed this off, thank you! I need to but one of those things with the probes that you touch the wire with? (I am so sorry, I honestly do not know.) What exactly do I ask for?

Thank you again for the diagram, it looks like Greek to me, but maybe I can get someone to get me started then I can do it!! (I hope...)
