Ive never seen an actual "dual" of the trucks side by side...but I know according to specs etc, the F-150 has best in class payload of 3,050lbs and towing of 10,500lbs. Obviously in an actual "dual" several variables may be factors...but as far as I thought the 150 held these both, best in class...or so I thought??? Im not sure off the top about the 3/4 and 1 ton trucks!
Claiming to be able to do it verses being able to do it well are two different things. In my opinion, the Chevy can do it, but the FORD does it better hands down.
I had a 2005 Chevy Z71 CC and now I have a 2005 CC Ford 4wd.
Ok i saw this video and was kinda....surprised but how come the Chevy beat the Ford.... i thought maybe the Chevy was in 4-low but i dunno... anyone got any ideas. Maybe weight in the back of the Chevy... becuase the F150 starts spinnin the wheels quick...maybe the driver..
I have seen the Video to, its on You Tube, The Ford is a Regular 4x4, the Chev is a Z71, The Ford is a 5.4L, the chevy has a 6.0L. the chev is proborly also in 4 low
yeah i saw that one too, i just thought i'd put the one with the new silverado but shoot it still pulls both, but im not at all surprised i mean, this is an event for a Chevy Dealer, what are they gonna do let the Ford win, ya know i wouldnt even be surprised if they kept the F150 in 2wheel drive and put the Chevy in 4lo....
