Ive never seen an actual "dual" of the trucks side by side...but I know according to specs etc, the F-150 has best in class payload of 3,050lbs and towing of 10,500lbs. Obviously in an actual "dual" several variables may be factors...but as far as I thought the 150 held these both, best in class...or so I thought??? Im not sure off the top about the 3/4 and 1 ton trucks!

Claiming to be able to do it verses being able to do it well are two different things. In my opinion, the Chevy can do it, but the FORD does it better hands down.

I had a 2005 Chevy Z71 CC and now I have a 2005 CC Ford 4wd.

Superduty F-350 is 5,800 pounds payload, 18,000 towing and 18,000 pounds is safer behind a big bad ford vs a chevy which is not as strong.

Those tug-of-wars don't seem to prove anything other than who can get better traction.
