It is funny you say that. I did the exact same thing and now have to get some more just be sure I got everything. I did not want to admit it but I will jump in there with you. Good times.....
Haven't winterized yet.....Hoping to get 1 more close trip before everything is said and done. Of course that is all subject to change depending on HER mood....lol
Well i just got back from my last camping trip of the season. Went to Killen's Pond from 11/21-25. Thanksgiving was nice, deep fried a turkey with all the fixins. Weather wasn't too bad, thanks to a large campfire. We brought the tv/dvd player outside and watched movies and roasted marshmellows and smores around the camp fire. A large time was had by all.
What size or wattage generator is good for a 28' travel trailer?
Any help or recommendations would be appreciated.

It would be helpful to know what you are trying to run. If you were to run your AC with the convertor and lighting you would probably need a 3000 watt generator. Honda has a pair of generators that hook together to make it easier to load and unload that puts out I think 2000 watts. Don't know much about built in generators if that is what you are looking for. You might check with a local Honda dealer or RV dealer to get their opinion on wattage needs for your application. I"ve camped nearly 37 years and have only thought a generator would be needed a few times when the campground lost power or was in a state park with limited facilities. Hope this was helpful, happy camping!
