What MY did they start putting 110A alternators in? As far as I know the stock alternators are 130A in '04's. And given that the dual-alternator set-up is still being rated at 260A, I'm guessing the stock, non-extra heavy duty alternators are 130A.

Actually, what I'm more interested in learning is when (MY or particular production date)the change occurred. But you do bring up another question. How many different alternators (in terms of rated Amps) is Ford now offering on SD's? And with what package would they come with? All this helps when trying to answer someones question about whether or not their alternator can handle the load of some piece(s) of equipment they're installing . Knowledge is power.
